Studies have shown that hydrogen water has a selective antioxidant properties, can effectively remove the pathological conditions of reactive oxygen species, effective prevention of ischemia-reperfusion, organ transplantation, inflammation and other induced oxidative stress injury. Methods: 38 women's soccer players in Suzhou Sports School were selected as the subjects.
